Any tips for a drill in starting competitive lineout’s?

Any tips for a drill in starting competitive lineout’s without lifting for U10’s

This is a good practice I use

Lineout U10s-U12s

Description: Area no smaller than 25mx25m. Inside square is 5m in from the outside square. 2 pods compete in lineout. Thrower throws for the last pod that won the ball. Once the ball is won, the winner runs to the outside square and places the ball where he/she wants to set the next lineout. Both pods then set up on the ball.
Coaching Points: - Get players thinking about space in the lineout i.e forward, backward and up! - encourage players to beat their oppo 'markers' and call for the throw in when they have - make sure players are jumping for the ball
