Hi Mick I would make a small sided touch game where points can be doubled if a try is scored using a switch pass. You can always stop the game to go through a 2v2 drill where the ball carrier will attack the space between the defenders and execute the switch, you can them put them back into the game. The key for the players is to recognise where and when to use the switch.
