3 people, 1 tackle bag

Hi I was just asking what the best drills would be to do on a tackle bag with 3 people?

Hi Liam,

I would do a tackler, ruck clear out drill.

Have Player 1 run into the tackle bag and drive there legs to move the tackle bag player backwards. After a few seconds of leg drive have Player 2 shout down, Player 1 drops to the floor and presents the ball backwards. Player 2 then drives the over the top and clears out the tackler/ tackle bag.
