Looking a doing a session from scrum where 12 man comes short and it being in 3 phases. any ideas?
12 stands inside the 10 , 8 picks ball from back of scrum 7,11,12 support him in first contact, 11 and 12 can stand each side of 10 making it look like the ball is going to the backs.
now you have 6 forwards left over and with the 2 on the ground getting to feet should give you 2 pods of 4 to give you your three phases
