Lineout: Is there a specific height the ball should be thrown?

Lineout: Is there a specific height the ball should be thrown?

apart from the ball traveling five is there a specific height that the ball should be thrown into the tunnel at. if i roll the ball into the tunnel(like a scrum) and it travels five when its not biased is that line out ok.
