In two pairs the players' stand on either side of the coutrt facing each other.
This drill is completed in a area of 3m wide x 6m long.
Using two balls the two pairs play against each other at the same time.
A point is scored if any ball touches the ground.
Each player may touch the ball once and must pass it over the net. No spikes allowed.
Players compete one on one over the net taking underhand passes only.
Each of the players is allowed to touch the ball twice before returning it across the net.
The player to score 10 points first wins.
This drill will develop players awareness and footwork while working on their underhand passing over the net.
For more skilled players introduce more balls, up to 4, into the drill, but ensure the net is set high.
Some tape could be stuck to the top of antennas to create a new higher net.
