The player starts in zone 6 and overhand passes the ball high. With the ball in the air, the player runs to the net, touches it and runs back to set the ball to the target.
The target can be anything from another player, to a cone, or even to a netball ring as shown in the video.
Ask your players to run and reach the setting position as quickly as possible so they could face the setting direction and jump before ball contact.
