Players start in the corner and overhand passes the ball to zone 2 before running onto their pass. From here, they set the ball directly to a target.
The target can be anything from another player, to a cone, or even to a netball ring as shown in the video.
The setter must be mobile as they will set the ball from various positions throughout a game. Also, to help bluff an opponent, it is important to learn to set the ball to different positions.
Put more targets on the court so that the setter has more to aim for like they would in a game.
