  • How many spaces are there?
  • Run at the spaces as ball carrier and support runner
  • Communicate Re: left/right etc
  • Put a line of cones in for each defender to move up and down on.
  • Attackers should always be able to penetrate the gaps unless their organisation is poor.
  • As players get better, allow defenders to move one step sideways as well.
