DESCRIPTION

  • Les joueurs forment une seule fiel, ramassent un ballon, courent sur quelques mètres et placent le ballon au sol avant de se diriger vers le ballon suivant.
  • Les ballons sont disposés au hasard dans le carré.
  • Le deuxième joueur démarre lorsque le premier joueur a placé le premier ballon, et ainsi de suite.
  • Les joueurs rejoignent le bout de la file lorsque le tout dernier ballon a été placé au sol.

    • COACHING POINTS

  • Balls should be placed firmly down with two hands.
  • Balls must not be dropped or roll on the ground.
  • Players should practise placing the ball down on both the left and right sides.
