1) Correr a través de la grilla y colocar la pelota 1 metro delante del jugador del otro lado de la grilla.

  • Bend knees and getlow.
  • Straddle the ball.
  • Pick up and place down with two hands.
  • Pick up in a flowing motion, do not stop.
