DESCRIPTION

Los jugadores se alinean en dos grupos en el primer cono. A la orden del coach, el primer jugador sale corriendo de costado hasta el segundo cono, lo rodea y sale corriendo de espaldas hasta el cono tres desde donde sale corriendo para el otro costado hasta el cono cuatro donde gira y corre a máxima velocidad hasta el punto de comienzo y le pasa la pelota al próximo jugador. Cuando ambos jugadores hayan recibido una pelota repiten el ejercicio

Es una buena idea tener los grupos cerca uno del otro para que puedan competir entre ellos.
