A lot of the time your players will be full of beans in training but as soon as they enter the attacking circle it's a different story and all that confidence disappears! Change that with this plan - this session looks at giving younger players confidence in front of goal in order to increase the number of goals they score!
What's in the session?
By starting with a simple recap of running with the ball at speed we then get your team to attack in pairs - what this does is gives your players two options when charging down towards the opposition's goal:
