This is a pass and follow exercise with 3 different elements that helps players with fast passing - particularly important when trying to score in the opposition's circle.
Player 1 starts to run with the ball and passes to the player on their left before reaching the 2 cones they are running towards.
The player receiving the ball has to first time sweep the ball to the next player clockwise from them. This player receives the ball and restarts the practice, still going clockwise around the square.
Every player should follow their own pass to the back of the next line of players
The player sweeping the ball has to stand with their shoulders lined up in the direction of the intended pass.
For the player passing the first pass it is probably easier if they roll the ball ahead and then step and pass the ball. A more advanced pass would be passing the ball off the right foot.
