Set up a small grid (10 yards max)
- 5 players
- Play the pass from right to left
- The ball should be passed to the back foot
- Players should receive the ball on the back foot and move it into a playing position
- Footwork can be very useful here to reposition the ball
- Maximum of 3 touch
- Make into a 2 touch drill
- Increase ball pace, requiring even softer hands while trapping the ball
- Have players receive across their bodies on the reverse side
