DESCRIPTION

- Combining the reverse stick dink and squeeze motion
- Perform the reverse stick dink on the red cones
- Perform the squeeze on the blue

COACHING POINTS

- The collection of the ball after each lift is very important. The ball must be placed into a position in which the next skill can be performed
- Accomplish this with soft hands and a controlled lift

PROGRESSION

- Swap the 2D markers for 3D, requiring larger lifts
- Introduce a passive defender to increase pressure on the ball carrier
