Description
- Perform a stick dink from left to right
- White cone is a defender, red cones mark the range of their stick you are looking to lift over.
Coaching points
- Players should use their body to sell the movement to the left before lifting. This would commit a defender to a challenge
- The ball carrier should explode out once the lift has been performed
Progression
- Introduce a passive defender so players have to decide the right time to perform skill
