
Two attackers on the baseline must hit groudstrokes at the two 'goalkeepers' at the net. The aim of the drill is for the two attackers to hit a passing shot, down the line, through the middle or even a lob. If this occurs, a goal is scored. Each team has 3 minutes to try and score as many goals as possible. Once the time is up, then the two must switch around.
