Players are to run from the halfway line, receive a pocket pass from the person standing in the key, and then attempt a layup. Person in the key grabs the rebound while the player who made the layup runs through to the elbow of the key. The player receives a pass and attempts a jump shot. Player in the key grabs rebound while the player who attempted the jump shot defensive slides down the the block and attempts another jump shot. Player then runs back to the opposite side of the half way line they started on and repeats the drill. Players are to do this until 15 shots are made. This focuses on aerobic fitness, playing while fatigued and also using basic fundamentals whilst fatigued.
