
Player must dribble through the numbered gates (in order). Gates can be positioned anywhere you like. Player must then finish with a basket. We can time a player to see how quick we can go. Then try and beat our time.
Can you dribble backwards facing the hoop? Can we crossover? Which hand should we be dribbling with to keep the ball away from the defender? Can you put a spin move in? A hesitation dribble? High dribble? Low Dribble? Did you score? Jump stop? Straight up? Head fake? Shot fake? Drop step?
