
Each participant has a ball, they stand with their feet facing forward and shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent for balance. Start with the ball bouncing low in front of them, using their dominant hand, slowly moving the ball across their body and between the legs whilst passing the ball to the non dominant hand and around the back of the body.
