Phase #1 attackers run single play of attack. Coach calls turn over and attackers form flat line.
Phase #2 Coach then kicks the ball to new attacking group who catch and counter.
The defending group chases the kick and prevents any line breaks. Defenders should send two pressure chasers and then mark up with the remaining players , moving forward in a flat organised line.
