Defence to attack transition drill.
6 defenders v 3 - 4 static attackers, each with a hit shield and ball. Coach calls number sequence for the defenders to follow. At each station there will be a 2 person tackle with the remaining defenders posting up to balance out the defending line. At any station the coach can call turn-over and play then changes to attack.
Players should fold from station to station using flat support lines rather than wide running arcs.
Limit drill duration from 2 - 4 minutes.
Option to use tackle bags on ground at each station with a jackler on each ball who then turns and presents on the turnover call.
