Each player is given a number from 1-4. Each team of 4 lines upon their try line, facing away from the pitch. The coach calls 2 numbers and throws the ball in, the repective players enter the pitch and compete for the ball. The team in possession must try to score at the oppositions tryline. Team not in possession must defend.
