Blue Kicker kicks to Reds (receiving team) who catch the ball and return the kick to score by crossing the halfway line. The kick off side( e.g.blue team) try to win the kickoff to win possession and score over the try line. Both sides tackle players to prevent a try.
Both sides must pass to a support runner to score.
If the side in possession are tackled they must create a ruck and move the ball two passes away from the ruck before they can score.They have 3 phases to score & 6 attempts.
