WORK HARD COACHING DEFENCE
Two types rush outside shoulder in hard defence and dog leg drift using the outside touch line as the extra defender. Either 7 up "Tilt" or 6 up with "sweeper" defence, depends on oposition and weather.
ATTACK
10 or first receiver flat, third person there becomes scrum half.
KICK OFFS
Require most work attacking or defending single person lifts jumper.
