In this session you will have to lines in each group, Each line will have 5 cones infront of them One cone will be the start of their line and the other 4 will be two gates in front of them.
Each player will have to run as fast as they can to the first gate, Once they get there they need to turn the body to the side and then when they get the to the next gate they will do the same but turning to the other side.
This session is useful as it will help students getting used to turning thier body away from their opponent protecting their tag and leading to a further advancement for their team.
