DESCRIPTION

The group will line up at one end of the field and do a light jog to the 10m mark then walk another 10m and repeat that same pattern until the 50m mark. This warm down exercise will be followed by everyone gathering in a circle and stretching the lower back, hamstring, quads and calves.
