Activity

Great site and excellent drills. Easy to understand and apply in training....
Tyrone, Rugby Coach

DESCRIPTION

The two teams formed from the previous activity will now play a full field game of force back.

- To begin the game, the ball will be kicked from the 50m line
- If the ball is caught on the full, the catcher can take 3 giant steps forward before kicking the ball towards the opposing team.
- But if the ball is dropped, the kicking team moves up to this mark and regains the ball.
- When the ball is kicked from behind the 22-meter line into touch on the full, the non-kicking team restarts play 15 meters infield from where the kick went into touch. - However if the ball was kicked in front of the 22-meter line the non-kicking team restarts the game from point where the original kick was taken.
- 1 point is rewarded when the ball is kicked normally between the goal post and 3 points are given when the ball is drop-kicked through the post. - Each player in the team must touch the ball at least once before kicking for points.
