Rotate when you see boys are getting tired.

Try and run 7 continues minutes.

2 minute break

7 minute session

COACHING POINTS

  1. No gumshields so do not hit the bag very hard.
  2. WRAP the arms on both tackle bag and block bag
  3. Concentrate on techniques and body position
  4. defend on the blue cones.
  5. Fall back to black cones as if you are setting up a new defence line.
  6. Do not turn your back on the attacking blue cone
  7. work hard to get back
