DESCRIPTION

Combination Attack and defense drill 1v2 and then 2v3

 

As per sketch.

 

COACHING POINTS

  1. Recap on the basics of passing and communication on attack and defense
  2. Attacking ball carrier must draw the defender.
  3. Time the pass
  4. Look in front of him and towards his support, swivel head!!!
  5. As soon as they get the drill introduce Attackers continue passing the ball after beating the defender.
  6. Job is not done after you passed the ball support
  7. Change sides so they draw and attack left and right

 

Progress into 2v3 but only if they mastered1v2
