A fun game for minis to develop good core strength and bear craws technique.
Have 4 teams facing into the square with a small square of cones in the middle with either bibs or disk markers(bibs prefered as they are easier) the first person in each team must bear crawl into the middle, keeping good form and their head up and collect 1 bib then they must turn around and bear crawl back to their team's base at the outside cone dropping their bib and letting the next team member go. This continues until all bibs are collected. The team with the most bibs wins.
To make this more challenging players can bear crawl backwards to their base once they have collected their bib.
-Head up, make sure players look where they are going
- Flat back to resemble "Tabletop"
- Encourage good form over speed
- Award a bonus point for the best quality bear crawl to encourage good form further
