DESCRIPTION

5 triangle drills to be completed by each player.

After Triangle drill is complete allow a 1 minute water break.

Proceed into another 4 minute run.

Allow 2 minute water Break after 4 minute run.

  • Jog along the length/sideline of the pitch
  • Sprint at 100% corner to corner diagonally across the pitch.
  • Walk the width of the pitch to recover.
