A game of touch Rugby.
Normal rules however players have been nominated a cone colour.
When the coach yells a colour e.g blue, the defending players at the time who have been nominated blue must go and touch the nearest cone without disrupting the play until they have done so.
Clear and concise instructions and ensuring players know their colour cone.

To help encourage gaps in the defence you can change the rules by making the players only go for cones that are in front of them.
Can add an up down on the cones to create a longer delay and allows for fitness
