DESCRIPTION

  • first blue player will start the ball from the cone
  • ball will be passed to the next blue player
  • as a blue player receives the ball they have to tap the ball down then pass it to the next blue player
  • once the last blue player receives the ball they then make their way to the cone and all the blue players shift back on
  • the red players will be going up as a line in line with where each blue player is and call a "hold hold hold break" onto and rush up to the next player
  • at the end the red players will back track to the start to simulate a "penalty against'' them and go back to the start
