DESCRIPTION

  • first green cones is a simple 2 vs 1 with a draw and pass (draw the defender)
  • red (defender) join the 2 atackers as one of them takes the ball into contact drawing the 2 defenders and offloading to either one of the support players
  • play continues where its a 3 vs 2 with more space provided
  • the defenders can advance off their line to meet the attackers

  • communication (att and def)
  • drawing the defender
  • body position in contact
  • offloading ability
  • ball in 2 hands
  • use of feet
  • support players
