Opposition team must try to disrupt play, straight turnover if ball leaves square, or ball hits the ground (drop/miss pass).
Vary the game with 'lunge only movements', 1 press up once ball is passed, time limits, touch a cone once ball is passed etc.

Must make 5 passes (any kind)
Players move freely in any direction.
Strictly no contact.
