Halfback to take a few steps to drag in opsing HB. SHarp pass to FlyHalf (FH) fast from base of scrum to the blind side. Eyes on the opposition fullback and winger.
Fly-half start run as ball leaves scrum. Run medium paced straight line at marking opposition FH. Goal is to convince oppposing FH you are keeping or passing to Outside Centre.
Outside centre to run a medium pacedblocking line at the space between the opposition FH and OC, aiming to convince both defenders that she is getting the ball from the FH. Be prepared to get the ball and call loudly for it.
Fullback sneak across field to openside as ball is fed into the scrum and then sprint wide once the ball is out. FULL PACE in a looping shape towards the left wing. Time the run so as to run behind the OC coming across in front of them. FB will recieve the ball just as the OC crosses in front and accelerate down the sideline for the try.
Flyhalf to time pass to be behind the OC just before they hit the line.
Once ball is to FB, OC and FH to change angles to support the winger in case needed close to the line.
Halfback follow the play till the end.
Right winger to move across field to be the ful;lback incase the play breaks down and there is a turnover.
Timing is key.
OC, Flyhalf and fullback must practice hitting the FB at the time when everyone expects the winger to receive the ball.
Flyhalf must have eyes up and be watching opposition OC and our OC to the defence in. Only look for our fullback just before the pass. Trust they will be in place.
