Players will be split into groups of 5. 4 will stand on each cone of a 5m x 5m square with one person in the middle. Person in the middle is passing the ball to each player and outside players passing it back into the middle. On the whistle, the ball carrier will attack diagonally across the square. Opposite player is tackler, person next to them is the tackler support. The other two players at the other end of the square are attack support, one to clear out the ruck and the other to get over the ball.
