1 vs 1: 2 giocatori a turno difendono e gli altri attaccano uno per volta. Contatto pieno. Portatore e difensore in un gate si affrontano a due metri di distanza. Obiettivo massimo per il portatore sarà di cercare di avanzare fino ad un conetto posto ad una certa distanza mantenendo il possesso ed evitando di essere portato a terra. Se l'avanzamento si arresta il portatore dovrà comunque mantenere il possesso. Se va a terra dovrà porre attenzione alla messa a disposizione della palla.
