This stamina based drill is used to test and train maximum endurance, in groups of 4 athletes will be required to run around a 10m x 10m square outlined by cones with the intent to catch up to each other but not let others catch up to them, this creates competition. each round will be 10 minutes and will be times by the instructor along with everyone else. However, on two sides there will be sprinting only on the other sides it will be fast jogging. each athelte will have to stay following the sidelines rules, if an athelete is found walking they will need to do 10 burpees and then continue running.
