The students have been struggling to understand the concept of the "5 metre" rule, so the 5 metre rule drill is necessary for the session. The basics of this drill is that the students are to be in-line with the coach for the entire drill. With a game simulation the coach will touch the opposing player with the ball. Once the coach has made the touch, they will call all of their players "Come 5 metres back, in line with me".
