The team will be split into two teams of 6 and both will be in opposite grids. The aim is to pass it between your team whilst one team mate creates a third man run into the other grid and your teammate passes a through ball for them to run onto. Whilst this is happening the other team should be doing the same and once the through ball has been played both teams will swap grids and repeat it again.
