As the passing improves they can make forward movement, passing backwards. Start with walking, progress to running
Alternatively they can stand in a circle facing outward (back to the rest) and pass around the circle
First look where the pass should go
Turn the shoulders and the upper body will follow, don't turn the hips
Finish the pass with the arms and hands pointed where the ball should go
