Start in a supine position

Set 1:

- Run to cone B, fall down

- BD run to cone A, fall down

- Run to cone B - 10 Burpees

- Sprint to cone C

- Bear crawl to cone D

- Crab crawl to cone E

- Sprint 20m

Set 2:

- Run to cone B, fall down

- BD run to cone A, fall down

- Run to cone B : 10 push ups

- Sprint to cone C: walking lunges to cone D

- Backward crab crawl to cone E

- Sprint to cone F
