- Aanvallend 4 man in. Rest voor pick and go
- Verdedigend 2 man in. (tenzij de bal gewonnen wordt). Rest guard.
Herhaling afgelopen training. Scrum, 3e rij aanval, beslis in de ruck (plug of veeg of pick-up), line-out drive.
