Players in groups of 3; 1 works, 2 hold pads (1 of designated caller); Player sprints from try line to black cone, then recieves call to either red or blue cone, has to move laterally to cone, touch and back to centre. Where new call will come of either side cones, or front cones. Front cones require a tackle. This finishes the drill.
