Players to pair up with a partner with one cone per pair. Place cone on the floor in a straight line. The pair stand face to face 20-30 cm back from the cone in the profile position.
Coach calls out a sequence of head, shoulders, knees and toes in any order he/she likes followed by cone at witch point the players attempt to grab the cone 1st.
