Rugby: Rugby Netball

Description

The exact same rules as End Ball apart from there is a cone off sqaure in which the attacking team are to score in. Attackers can pass back and forwards, no running with ball in hand, defenders to stand back a minium 1m back from attacker with ball.

Coaching points

Focus on pass/catch technique:

- wide spread fingers across the ball 2 hands

- high elbows

- pistols: poiting your pistols to the catchers targets

- Hands up ready to catch forming a W's for Wales or Winners
