2 teams one attacking one defending, pass ball between your team to reach the end of the pitch, to score 1 player must pass the ball to a 2nd player in the end zone. To turn the ball over the defending team must either intercept the ball or end in play. Player with ball in hand cannot move apart from pivot on one foot.
Aims: Catch and Pass, moving into space.
Focus on pass/catch technique:
- wide spread fingers across the ball 2 hands
- high elbows
- pistols: poiting your pistols to the catchers targets
- Hands up ready to catch forming a W's for Wales or Winners
